You can reach Eurotrek or our local partners daily from 08.00 - 20.00 by telephone via our service hotline. We will help you quickly and straightforwardly on the phone. 

At selected destinations abroad, you will be welcomed and looked after by a station manager. 

With our many years of experience and a well-coordinated service team, we have been able to solve every case over the years. Be it bike damage, an early departure or a train cancellation. We are happy to help you and will find the quickest and most suitable solution to your problem.

In Switzerland, we transport the suitcases with our own vehicles. This allows for great flexibility. If you are confronted with an inconvenience en route, it is not uncommon for our drivers to be able to rush to the rescue. 

If you are unable or unwilling to complete a stage, please call us. It is sometimes possible that you can ride a stage with our luggage driver. Depending on the workload and route planning for the day in question.
