On-site support and service hotline

Even on our individual trips, you will be greeted personally by our Eurotrek employees or local partners. You will be initiated into your trip and have the opportunity to get your questions clarified.

 

We will be there for you even during your trip. You can reach us or our partners at any time by calling the service hotline. We will be glad to assist you on the telephone. And in case of an emergency, for example a broken bike chain, someone will surely come by and provide help on site.
