Booking & confirmation

1. How to book your trip

You can easily book your Eurotrek trip by phone, email or online directly with Eurotrek or through a travel agency. If you book directly with us, either through the website or by phone, we will confirm your booking by email.

Your trip will be considered as booked as soon as you receive our confirmation.

Please note: just sending your contact form to us is not equivalent to a booking.

2. We receive your booking

As soon as your we receive your booking, it is assigned to one of our travel specialists for processing.

We then check availability with the hotels or book the trip with a local specialist, who will verify the availability.

Once everything has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation along with the invoice.

3. We prepare your trip

After everything has been confirmed, further processes take place behind the scenes.

Our operations team organises the luggage logistics to ensure that your luggage is always delivered to the correct location. If you have booked bicycles, they will be prepared for you and brought to the starting point of your cycling tour.

Our back-office team prepares your travel documents and sends them once the payment has been received, but no later than two weeks before departure.

4. You can count on us throughout your trip

During your trip, our luggage couriers ensure that your luggage arrives safely at your next accommodation.

If you have any questions or encounter any issues along the way, you can contact us via our service hotline, and we will assist you immediately.

Important Tips

  • Plan your arrival only once your booking has been confirmed. If your trip cannot be confirmed, we can check whether alternative departure dates are possible.
  • Inform us of any allergies or intolerances so we can pass them on to the accommodations.
  • Check the entry requirements for the country you are travelling to. For the United Kingdom, for example, a passport and ETA are required.
  • Read your travel documents carefully before departure so you can contact us in good time if you have any questions.
