Hiking holidays in Switzerland

With Eurotrek, you can discover the most beautiful corners of Switzerland on foot

Our extensive range of tours offers carefully selected hiking holidays from the gentle hills of Emmental to the rugged peaks of the Alps. Our program includes tried and tested classic tours and fascinating insider tips as well as exciting new tours.

Our classics include walks along the Via Alpina in the Bernese Oberland or trekking tours in Graubünden or Valais. An absolute highlight is the hike along the tracks of the Rhaetian Railway. The views of the spectacular bridges and viaducts will cast a spell over you! Hikes in Jura are an insider tip. Almost deserted and untouched, the playful Vallée de Joux and the impressive "Creux du Vans" rock basin offer numerous highlights. The tours on the Aletsch panorama trail or the Waldstätterweg are full of panoramic views. Switzerland is a paradise for hiking holidays. Don't miss these spectacular hikes.

Our varied range of tours extends from leisurely hikes to challenging alpine tours, individually or in groups with like-minded people. Accommodation and luggage transport are already organised for all hiking programs, so that you can enjoy your hiking holiday to the fullest.

Hiking means different things to different people. Some like it cosy, others love a challenge. That's why we have divided our hiking tours into different categories:

Wine perennials at the Emmental

These hikes are easy and can be completed by everyone. The routes are flat and easy, hiking trails are well-developed, the tours take between three and four hours.

Hiking through the Canton of Uri

Easy hikes with slight altitude differences on good paths, forest roads and side roads. Walking times are not longer than five hours and the distances are max. 15 kilometres. These tours are generally suitable for families.

Stunning view at the Aletsch Glacier

You have to hike to higher altitudes in these hikes. They take you through beautiful alpine pastures, and there can be small summit ascents. Walking times are not longer than 6.5 hours and the distances are up to 20 kilometres. Mountain hikes require surefootedness and good physical fitness.

Gorgeous view at the Swiss Alps

Trekking tours take you to altitudes of up to 2,500 metres. For these tours, you need to have a head for heights, surefootedness as well as good physical condition and hiking experience.
