When will I receive the code to download my itinerary?

You will receive the download code for your itinerary along with your travel documents no later than 2 weeks before the start of your trip.

Is the app available offline?

Once you've fully downloaded your trip in the app using a stable internet connection, the app will be available offline. This means you can navigate and view the information even when there's no signal.

What can I do if I'm having problems with the app?

If you have any problems or questions about the app, we’re here to help. You can send us a message directly within the app, or contact us by phone or email. You’ll also receive detailed instructions with your travel documents that answer many common questions.
