Hiking holidays Via Jacobi Interlaken - Romont

Hiking: Via Jacobi

The Jacobs trail in Switzerland

You will be reluctant to turn your back on the sparkling Lake Thun with its vineyards and castle, but exciting stages await the pilgrim on the Via Jacobi. You hike through the Gantrisch region, passing small villages, chapels and churches. Have a stopover in the medieval town of Fribourg and move on to Romont. Romont Castle sits majestically above this fortified town, which was the centre for stained-glass painting in the Middle Ages.

Alles tip-top
